My name is Stephanie Mus and I am a make up artist based out of Naples, Florida and servicing the surrounding Southwest Florida area. I also have the amazing opportunity to be spending the summers working in both beautiful Vail and Denver, Colorado. I love that the word "artist" is in my title, because I truly believe that makeup isn't just something I do - it's a form of art…. And it is my passion. Whether I'm highlighting the natural beauty of a glowing bride or turning someone into a flesh-eating zombie, I love seeing my clients transform before my eyes through the power of makeup.
My training and experience give me a unique edge in a variety of contexts, including bridal, print, runway, TV/film, and special FX. Since graduating from Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry in Fort Lauderdale in 2010, I have had the opportunity to learn from and work alongside the industry's top artists on several projects, including a TV Pilot, feature films as well as runway shows for Miami Fashion Week and Miami Beach Fashion Week.
I have been the lead artist for several runway shows, including Nicole Miller, Etro, and Carmen Marc Valvo. I've also had the chance to work for many prestigious companies, such as Chanel, YSL, Bobbi Brown, Makeup Forever and NARS.
Currently, I am focusing on my business, Stephanie Mus Makeup Artistry. I specialize in weddings, print, film, and special FX. I'm also currently a Regional Makeup Artist for NARS in Southwest FL, and work with a highly talented team of hair and makeup artists called Duality Artistry. My work has been featured in publications such as Wedding Style Magazine and Couture Colorado Weddings.
I also partner with a major network communications company, through which I've had the opportunity to do makeup for TV guests such as Mitt Romney, Hall of Famer Johnny Bench, Rudy Giuliani, Texas Senator Ted Cruz, and many more.
What you can expect from me as a makeup artist is that I will put my heart and soul into every project, and utilize my wide range of skills and experience to achieve the best possible outcome. There's virtually no limit to what can be accomplished through the art of makeup.
